The Big Picture
The total number of crimes saw a slight decline of about 2 percent in April from the previous month, and also a decline of about 2 percent in total crimes in the same month of 2017.
Farifax Crime on the Rise
Fairfax, an up-and-coming neighborhood in Los Angeles, has stayed high on the crime ranking, while the crime rate in Hollywood, a major tourist destination, has fallen.
